Business Development Manager Commercial Vehicle Aftersales

East Midlands Region

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:30 (40 hours per week) Salary:

The Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory, identifying opportunities to grow aftermarket revenue, and delivering value-added solutions to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities Promote and sell commercial vehicle aftersales products and maintenance contracts Build and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers Conduct regular customer visits across the East Midlands region Identify customer requirements and provide tailored service solutions Maintain accurate records using the company CRM system Work closely with branch management and operational teams Attend customer meetings, trade events, and industry functions Monitor market activity and competitor offerings Deliver against commercial and financial targets Support the wider business by identifying sales opportunities across multiple departments To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience selling commercial vehicle aftersales services, maintenance contracts, or fleet solutions Strong business development and relationship management skills A proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own territory Good IT skills including Microsoft Office A full UK driving licence
