We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Strategy Analyst / Technical Writer to join our client's dynamic Content Strategy & Development team. In this role, you will create, manage, and deliver high-quality technical documentation that supports a range of products and services.

You’ll help ensure that customers and stakeholders receive accurate, relevant, and timely information—delivered in the right format and through the right channels. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with global teams and contribute to innovative content delivery solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and QA to develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Own and deliver high-quality documentation projects from initiation through completion
  • Ensure content aligns with established writing standards and best practices
  • Manage the full content review lifecycle, incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders
  • Publish content across multiple formats and platforms (e.g., HTML, PDF, wikis, online help systems)
  • Author and edit content using XML, Markdown, or similar structured formats
  • Continuously improve content processes and delivery methods
  • Provide responsive and professional support to internal partners and customers
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Oxygen, Ixiasoft, xMetal, VS Code) or willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of structured authoring (DITA/XML), HTML, and PDF publishing
  • Knowledge of technical writing style guides (e.g., Microsoft Style Guide, Chicago Manual of Style)
  • Experience documenting APIs or developer-focused content
