Description of the Job:



As a Crew Member, you are responsible for providing quality lawn maintenance to commercial properties safely and efficiently. We are looking for dynamic people who are excited to join the team and ready to jump into any situation to give a helping hand. If you are positive, reliable, adaptable and hard-working; and have a genuine interest in the well-being of others around you, as well as the quality of your work, we invite you to discover how at Brilar, together, we can succeed. We love what we do, and we give it all we’ve got – on property and off. Experience with snow removal is a plus!



Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Operates lawn maintenance and snow removal equipment
Provides lawn maintenance and snow removal services to commercial properties
Prepare truck, equipment and materials needed for the day
Communicate with crew leader frequently to provide service issues
Work alongside, other crew members
Ensure work is being conducted safely for the employees, the customers, the public and our environment
