The position will be responsible for managing electrical generation interconnection projects governed by PJIM interconnection rules.
Job DescriptionA Mid-level Business Analyst typically plays a key role in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements for projects within an organization.
Responsibilities- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
- Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.
- Developing functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.
- Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Identifying and documenting project risks and issues.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
- Supporting the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.
- Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.
- Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems.
A Mid-level Business Analyst should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They should be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
