Our Agri Business division is searching for a Year‑Round Intern to join our team starting in Summer 2026. This position will work out of the Ocala, FL office.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities- Reviews instructions from agent, underwriter, insured, broker, etc. to understand/determine what is needed to provide quotes, issuances, renewals, endorsements, etc.
- Enters rate, premium and/or policy information into appropriate systems for policy updates/issuance.
- Maintains file accuracy and completeness.
- Orders, prepares and/or updates reports.
- Sets up and clears submissions.
- Researches and resolves and/or corrects errors and/or issues.
- Prepares, assembles and/or issues policy/endorsements and associated documentation.
- May act as a liaison with other departments and facilitate interdepartmental communication.
- May perform other tasks including support, photocopying, imaging, mail, data entry, and/or supply functions.
- Assist with special reporting needs for the Operations team as needed.
- Prepare supporting documents to assist with Agri Business product filings.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Special projects for other departments within the Division.
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university with a major in such areas as business administration, finance, economics, statistics, communications, or risk management and insurance.
- An overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Must be available to work 40 hours in the summer and 16-20 hours while in school.
