The Golf Club of Amelia Island is currently seeking Special Event Staff to assist our Food and Beverage Concession & Banquet Teams for March 7th & 8th, 2026.

• Cashiers
• Cooks
• Bartenders
• Wait‑Staff
• Set‑up

Must have availability 5am – 6pm on the weekend of March 7th & 8th. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment while exposed to hot and cold temperatures. Prior serving experience is a plus, but not required.

From $10.98 per hour, tips and service charge.

Concessions/Cooks/Bartenders: March 7th & 8th

Waitstaff: March 5th – 9th

Optional Setup & Breakdown: March 5th – 9th

Servers are responsible for creating a positive guest experience by ensuring that all members and guests are served in a prompt, efficient, and pleasant manner. They assist in all outlets of the Food and Beverage Operation as needed. Ideal candidates are hospitality professionals who possess a strong work ethic and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

• Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting.
• Prepare tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure condiments are filled, performing all other preparation tasks.
• Maintain proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, up‑selling, removing dishes, replenishing utensils, refilling beverages.
• Keep tables, dining rooms, and bus stations clean and organized.
• Set up, break down, and service special events.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
• Understand and communicate products and services available.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more alone or with a team member.

• High school Diploma or equivalent (Required).
