Game Stop - 3163 Long Beach Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs, inform guests about special promotions and the trade-in program, recommend additional items as appropriate, apply all selling behaviors during each transaction, and express gratitude to every guest for choosing Game Stop.;
Prioritize guests over tasks and circulate throughout the store to demonstrate commitment to guest service.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale system, ensuring top-notch guest service.;
Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, answering calls promptly, courteously, and professionally to ensure top-notch guest service.
