Salary: $70,000–$80,000

Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist
  • Process payroll accurately and timely for multiple companies and operating entities as the Payroll Specialist
  • Review and audit employee time records, compensation changes, new hires, and terminations as the Payroll Specialist
  • Respond to payroll‑related inquiries, support onboarding tasks, and maintain employee payroll data as the Payroll Specialist.
  • Prepare payroll reports, support quarterly and annual payroll tax filings, and coordinate audit documentation as the Payroll Specialist.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, HR, and leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment across payroll processes as the Payroll Specialist.
Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Analyst;
    Paylocity experience required
  • Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals, workers’ compensation, and payroll regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems; strong attention to detail and confidentiality
