• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.
• Write and edit configuration and how‑to documentation, code documentation for software, implementation guides, end‑user guides, field, data definition, and data flow documentation.
• Format technical publications from pamphlets, technical drawings, and consult with technical personnel and other available resources.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides and manuals and technical publications.
• Gather technical information and prepare written text.
• Maintain a current internal documentation library.
• Use multiple word‑processing and presentation tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Work with developers to produce quality documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate layout and design of documents.
• Prepare reports, responses, and briefings for a wide range of audiences.

• US citizenship and appropriate security clearance (TS/SCI with agency‑appropriate polygraph).
• At least 2 years experience as a Technical Writer in similar programs and contracts.
• Associate’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or 2 additional years of TW experience to substitute.

$33.67 – $41.67 per hour. Rates are a general guideline and vary based on contract rates, education, experience, skills, certifications and geographic location.
