Overview
We are seeking a licensed Architect (Churches and Christian Schools).
Qualifications- Licensed Architect with 5 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience in architectural design, drafting, and construction management across multiple project types.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working faith-based sector, including churches and Christian schools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations applicable in various jurisdictions.
- Excellent skills in project scheduling using industry-standard tools; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation with clients and contractors to achieve project goals effectively.
- Experience in construction estimating and budgeting processes to ensure financial viability of projects.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
