Machine Operator
Operate a machine that produces top‑notch products used worldwide. You will run technologically advanced, high‑speed manufacturing equipment, collaborate with new or junior team members, and maintain equipment through preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance work.
Responsibilities- Operate advanced manufacturing equipment to produce Kimberly‑Clark products.
- Collaborate with junior or new team members to achieve productivity.
- Maintain equipment for production, packaging, and distribution through maintenance activities.
- Ensure safety and quality compliance at all times.
- 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 1+ year of continuous work experience.
- Ability to maintain a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Pass pre‑employment assessment, drug test, background check, and Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
Starting hourly wage of $25.04 USD, overtime pay, pay increases, 401(k) and Profit‑Sharing plan. Full benefits package available.
