Hourly Wage: $20 – $33 per hour

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Home Associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.

• Greet customers and provide assistance on the sales floor.
• Recommend merchandise to meet customer needs.
• Maintain and arrange Home displays during the shift.
• Process sales transactions and manage returns.
