** About the Client Partner – Nextdoor:
** Market Star is seeking a Direct Client Partner (CP) to join us in our Ogden, UT location representing our client. In this role you will work directly with businesses to proactively manage partnerships, ensuring that they are satisfied and that their business objectives are met using our clients' advertising solutions.  As a Client Partner, you will own the full sales cycle from lead to close, working with small to mid-size businesses.

CPs draw daily on both their skills in managing client relationships and utilizing the data provided to make strategic and thoughtful decisions.

The right candidate will be instrumental in providing value both to the client and to the advertisers they support.

** What Will You Do?
*** Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions to clients.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
* Follow best practices for setting up campaigns, including recommended flight durations, budget allocations, and creative strategies.
* Adhere to advertising policies and guidelines, especially when working with sensitive verticals. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
** What Will You Need to Succeed?
*** Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Strong results orientation with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Exceptional client relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in sales skills and the ability to persuade and influence clients.
* Basic understanding of technology and familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
