Join our Ogden Central Warehouse team as a Warehouse and Transportation Assistant, earning $18-$20 per hour based on experience. This full-time office role offers Monday-Friday day shift hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) in a professional warehouse environment where you'll support daily operations and customer service.

• Answer and direct incoming calls while providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Welcome visitors, manage security procedures, and maintain visitor logbook
• Create and manage purchase orders for warehouse needs and coordinate with suppliers and distributors
• Schedule dock appointments and maintain delivery calendars for UPS, Fed Ex, and freight carriers
• Monitor and respond to Central Warehouse email communications
• Assist with receiving non-stocked items and process RMAs, transfers, and KANBAN orders
• Create dangerous goods declarations (IATA/IMO) for air and sea shipments following DOT regulations
• Prepare Bills of Lading for hazardous truck loads and ensure regulatory compliance
• Order and manage inventory for packaging supplies across multiple sites
• Monitor raw material planning sheets and create purchase orders as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of administrative or warehouse support experience
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information

• Experience with multi-line phone systems
• Knowledge of shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, IMDG)
• ERP system experience
• Previous purchasing or procurement experience

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
