Reports to: Branch Manager
As a Full-Time Bank Teller at United Midwest Savings Bank, you will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other banking transactions. You will greet customers, address their needs and inquiries, and ensure a positive banking experience. You will maintain accurate records and balance cash drawers regularly. You will identify customer needs and recommend relevant bank products to support their financial journey.
You will collaborate with your team to support branch operations and participate in training sessions to continuously improve your banking skills. You will uphold the banks policies and procedures to contribute to a secure and compliant banking environment. Each day offers opportunities to solve problems and engage with the community, allowing you to make a meaningful impact through your work.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills/Abilities- Proven customer support experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic office equipment operation (printers, scanners, copiers, fax, postage machine, etc.).
