Engagement Director - GenAI Medical Solutions

We are seeking an Engagement Director to lead Omnipresence Operations for the Europe region. The role will focus on customer experience and success, digital transformation, and omnichannel operations.

• Lead the CESO sub‑unit in Europe and build a differentiating practice for digital transformation.
• Complement sales and account management teams to generate demand for CESO and campaign capabilities.
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end or point solutions across Europe and globally.
• Build functional capabilities in omnichannel strategy, tactical planning, campaign management, operations, and analytics.
• Deploy technology enablers to accelerate delivery efficiently and automatically.
• Develop and retain a strong team of omnichannel consultants in program and delivery management, campaign operations, digital, and field sales marketing.
• Achieve revenue goals quarter on quarter through a strong delivery model, proposals, pitches, and new business closing activities.
• Expand footprint in key accounts, developing short‑term and long‑term delivery strategies.
• Represent CESO and campaign units in Europe, partner with US counterparts and global delivery centres.
• Build and maintain delivery models, test‑and‑learn roadmaps to iterate and optimise channel effectiveness.
• Build upsell and cross‑sell strategies by analysing client needs and leveraging analytics, data and customer insights.
• Drive client‑specific partnership strategy in collaboration with business development and sales teams.
• Provide operational leadership, ensuring team engagement and utilisation.
• Communicate insights and information to stakeholders through exceptional oral and written communication.
• Manage high‑risk/impact issues with close coordination between client and Indegene teams.
• Manage service level agreements, KPIs, and administrative duties collaboratively.
• Motivate and lead teams, manage performance and foster career growth.
• Create a positive virtual global work environment and monitor market trends and innovations for continuous improvement.

• Mix of technical and business orientation.
• Deep knowledge of European markets, including compliance and channels.
• Experience in pharmaceutical multichannel/omnichannel roles, either as a manufacturer or service provider.
• Digital operation and campaign management experience across multiple tactics and channels (email, web, search, social, field sales).
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, analytics and BI tools, database and consent management technologies.
• Location:
  
  Germany, UK or France preferred; open to other countries with ability to travel across the region.

• Additional experience in high‑growth technology‑led healthcare solutions.
• Demonstrated success in leading large multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Clear understanding of regulatory requirements in pharma.
