Basic FunctionsTo provide students and staff with a safe, attractive, comfortable, orderly, and clean educational environment.
Desirable QualificationsMinimum of a high school diploma, GED or proof of graduation. Knowledge of methods, materials, and equipment used in commercial custodial work. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, 15-30 pounds regularly and push/pull at least 75 pounds. Ability to stand and walk, bend at the waist, twist and turn for extended periods. Must be able to set up and work safely on a lightweight 10-foot ladder.
Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions. Ability to interact effectively with students, staff and the public.
- High School/Trade School degree preferred.
