Equipment Maintenace Technician; Frankfurt, Germany

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our Mechanical Engineering team in Frankfurt. The role focuses on preventative and unplanned maintenance of process machinery, including mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and requires onsite presence five days a week. The technician will report to the Sr. Manager of Operations Engineering.

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure quality production
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop and track PM schedules for process machinery in the facility
• Perform unplanned maintenance and troubleshooting tasks when the need arises
• Perform machine upgrades and testing
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to implement maintenance logs, best practices, and operator‑led maintenance tasks
• Identify opportunities for equipment and process improvements
• Work with cross‑functional groups to determine standard maintenance procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 2+ years of proven experience as a maintenance technician
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication & division)
• Basic computer skills (email, Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
• Advanced hands‑on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude
• Familiarity with industrial automation and factory equipment
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new processes and systems, asking questions to ensure understanding
• Ability to take direction well and pay attention to detail
• Safety‑first mentality
• Ability to work in a deadline‑sensitive environment

Salary: €46,603.45 – €53,593.57 per year, with actual compensation varying based on location, experience, and skill set.
