As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Client Executive to manage client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure exceptional delivery and satisfaction across our client portfolio.
Position OverviewThe Client Executive will be responsible for owning and strengthening client relationships while ensuring successful execution of campaigns and services. This role focuses on understanding client goals, coordinating internal teams, maintaining clear communication, and identifying opportunities to expand value and long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and relationship-driven—someone who can manage multiple accounts, align marketing execution with business outcomes, proactively solve challenges, and contribute to client retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage client relationships from onboarding through ongoing delivery and renewal.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, updates, reporting, and strategic discussions.
- Ensure successful execution of Linked In lead generation, appointment-setting systems, and CRM automation services.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Outreach, Content, and Leadership teams to deliver consistent results.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Maintain high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth.
- Resolve client concerns quickly while ensuring alignment with company processes and expectations.
- Support onboarding, reporting frameworks, and continuous optimization of client delivery systems.
- Contribute to improving internal workflows, communication standards, and overall client experience.
