Regional Sales Manager – North Germany
Exabeam is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (North Germany) to drive market growth and expand our presence within a defined territory. This role is responsible for leading direct sales efforts, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with channel partners to accelerate adoption and revenue growth. As a key representative of Exabeam, you will develop and execute territory strategies, secure new business, and strengthen our footprint across the region.
Responsibilities- Lead account strategy to generate new business growth and add to our portfolio of clients.
- Build and maintain strong and positive relationships within enterprise clients.
- Identify customer requirements, influence strategic direction and buying decisions.
- Drive business development and effectively manage all buying cycles and pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and cross‑functional teams to deliver value‑driven solutions.
- Partner with channel and reseller networks to drive joint sales opportunities.
- Forecast accurately and achieve revenue targets.
- Proven track record of quota achievement in enterprise or security software sales.
- Strong client‑facing and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to effectively operate in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Solid understanding of the assigned territory and local market dynamics.
- Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills, able to plan, pitch and execute.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be based in the assigned territory (North Germany).
