Structural Engineer

• Lead diverse structural projects from concept through construction, with input from senior leadership and accountability for project success and client relationships.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, contractors, and facility owners to deliver innovative structural designs that balance technical excellence, constructability, and long-term performance.
• Engage with a variety of project types including commercial, industrial, institutional, and infrastructure-related ventures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 5+ years of structural engineering consulting experience.
• Experience designing structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and foundation systems.
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as RAM, ETABS, STAAD Pro, RISA, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes, structural standards, and design methodologies.
• Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
