* Effectively execute the scheduled work order plan while adhering to allocated maintenance budgets

* Ensure optimal operations by meeting occupational health and safety (OHS) targets and controlling identified risks

* Manage maintenance employees and contractors under your responsibility, ensuring quality and efficiency of work

* Apply, maintain, and continuously improve reliability systems and processes

* Drive operational excellence by identifying issues and recommending solutions to management

* 2-5 years of experience managing a maintenance team, preferably in a union facility

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive engagement and gain buy-in from your team

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to manage projects effectively while balancing scope, budgets, and deadlines

* Proficiency with technological tools, including SAP

* Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analysis

* Technical certifications (e.g., CMRP, CRL, MLT, MLA, IR, UT) are an asset
