Responsibilities- Identify and engage employer clients that fit the company’s ideal customer profile
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers to understand their challenges and needs
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and solution proposals
- Create tailored sales strategies to address specific workforce health and sleep challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on sleep health trends and benefits optimization
- Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value deals in collaboration with legal and finance teams
- Accurately forecast sales and maintain CRM records for tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and client success teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction
- Base: $170K - $200K, depending on experience
- 8+ years of B2B Sales experience in health tech, wellness, or employer benefits solutions
- Proven success in selling into enterprise accounts with long, complex sales cycles
- Strong relationships with HR leaders, benefits managers, and C-level executives
- Experience in negotiating high-value contracts and delivering measurable ROI
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Health Tech or wellness industry experience is strongly preferred
