Position: 1099 Sales Representative

Position Overview:

As a 1099 Commission-Only Sales Representative for Bobber Biotech, you will operate as an independent contractor responsible for generating new business within your region. This is a hunter-style sales role with strong potential for recurring commissions and exclusive territory rights. You’ll be representing innovative regenerative medicine products and collaborating directly with medical professionals, private practices, and specialty clinics.

We partner with clinicians and clinics to provide high-quality, clinically backed solutions that improve healing and enhance care. We are building a strong network of independent sales reps across the U.S. and are looking for initiative-taking professionals to help drive that expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and onboard new healthcare provider accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Educate providers and clinical staff on Bobber Biotech’s product offerings.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual product demos and consultations.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and reorders.
  • Build lasting relationships with practices, clinics, and decision-makers.
  • Report pipeline activity and sales updates in the CRM tool, keeping leadership aware.
  • Stay up-to-date on clinical research, product developments, and industry trends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years of medical, biotech, or B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Existing provider relationships or access to private practices is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable with commission-only structure.
  • Initiative-taker who thrives on autonomy, performance, and building relationships.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your territory.
