HVAC & Refrigeration Technician

OSU Institute of Technology in Okmulgee is accepting applications for an HVAC & Refrigeration Technician. The role involves service and preventive maintenance of heating, refrigeration, and air conditioning equipment on campus. The candidate must diagnose and troubleshoot all mechanical systems, perform necessary repairs and/or installations, and be accessible and available for emergencies.

• Service and preventive maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
• Perform repairs and installations as required.
• Follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.

• Journeyman's license in HVAC.
• Minimum two years of experience at the journeyman level in HVAC and refrigeration operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Associate degree in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Heating preferred.
• Must comply with IRCA regulations.
• Background check will be conducted through Human Resources.
