• 2022 or newer Volvo 760 with automatic transmission
• Safety features: ergonomically designed seats, perfect steering, 70 L / 96 W sleepers
• Large built‑in refrigerators
• Auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our operations team has experienced drivers. They will dispatch you safely and legally. Most freight is in the middle corridor of the United States. We will never force dispatch you through the mountains of the West Coast or to NY City. Your truck undergoes regular maintenance and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and teammates regularly. We want every driver to feel at home, not just part of the trucking industry. Drivers and dispatchers know each other by name. Some have nicknames. Our operations department is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience. It will be determined after processing. We pay for practical miles, with loaded and empty miles. This can be up to 5–7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. More miles mean more money. We offer annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over $100k last year.
