. The team consists of Portfolio Managers, Underwriters, Credit Analysts, Treasury Management and Commercial Card professionals, and Capital Markets partners. This team manages Ag relationships throughout its life—developing meaningful connections with the management of the companies they serve and staying mindful of changes that might alter financial service needs.
- Build your own commercial loan portfolio by prospecting for new agricultural businesses.
- Engage and lead other team members to determine what additional products and services the client may benefit from.
- Collaborate with commercial clients to better understand their business and financial needs.
- Analyze the business in order to qualify clients for bank products and services.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in agricultural commercial bank sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Curiosity about how companies operate and what supports their success.
- Demonstrated knowledge of credit, bank products, services, underwriting, and bank operations.
