What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and category performance across digital channels
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as traffic and conversion rates
  • Ensure high-quality product content and collaborate with teams to maintain an engaging online storefront

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or digital transformation leadership roles, with 8+ years in overall sales
  • Proven track record of driving multi-channel digital revenue growth in a mid-size or enterprise environment
  • Deep expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketplaces, and analytics tools
  • High level of business acumen and financial analysis skills

  • Experience in omnichannel or B2B digital enablement environments
  • Solid ability to network and create relationships internally and externally
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels
