- Design and improve manufacturing processes, production layouts, and fabrication procedures to support efficient production operations. Develop manufacturing solutions for printed circuit board assemblies while ensuring product quality, process compliance, and effective utilization of equipment and manufacturing techniques.

* Manufacturing Facility

* 4/10 Schedule, 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

* Ability to Obtain a Security Clearance
*$32.00 - $53.00 Hourly

#Education & Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering

* 2-4 years of manufacturing engineering experience

* Possess experience working with printed circuit boards

* Apply experience with circuit cards

* Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

#Preferred Skills

* Apply experience with assembly processes

* Utilize knowledge of Surface Mount Technology

#Job Duties & Functions

* Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling

* Develop machine arrangements within plant facilities to maximize efficiency and productivity

* Establish sequences of operations and specify procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment

* Adapt machine and equipment designs to factory and production conditions

* Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans when required

* Inspect machinery, equipment, and tool performance to verify operational efficiency

* Investigate manufacturing problems and initiate corrective actions to ensure product quality

* Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control methodologies

* Provide guidance to engineering teams regarding design concepts and specification requirements

* Ensure compliance with applicable manufacturing regulations, processes, and procedures

#Physical Requirements & Environment

* Work onsite full time

* Support a 4/10 First Shift schedule, Monday through Thursday

* Perform duties in a manufacturing environment
