Position Overview

The AP & Collections Specialist will play a key role within the accounting team, supporting both accounts payable and collections functions across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities (AP & Collections Specialist):

• Process and code invoices while ensuring proper approvals through electronic workflow systems

• Prepare and execute daily and weekly payment schedules

• Maintain vendor records including W-9s, banking information, and insurance documentation

Qualifications (AP & Collections Specialist):

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred

• 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally within AP, AR, or collections functions

• Experience with general ledger reconciliations
