Responsibilities- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front office environment
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
- Support internal teams with projects and additional duties as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for administrative tracking and reporting
- Maintain accurate records and strong attention to detail in all administrative tasks
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative office culture
- Previous experience in administrative support, receptionist, customer service, or office coordination (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment
