Starting at $60,000 per year based upon experience, education and certification

We are seeking a proactive, service-driven Director of Environmental Services (EVS) to provide strong, consistent leadership for our environmental services team. This role is ideal for an experienced EVS leader who is ready to assess operations, elevate standards, and ensure excellence across housekeeping and laundry services.

The Director of EVS plays a critical role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members while overseeing housekeeping and laundry operations with excellence.

• Lead and oversee housekeeping and laundry operations
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Hire, support, coach, and develop EVS team members
• Maintain high cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards
• Oversee schedules, supplies, and departmental workflows
• Partner closely with clinical and operational leadership to ensure seamless operations
• Evaluate current processes and implement improvements to support long-term success

• Previous EVS, housekeeping, or facilities leadership experience (healthcare or senior living preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Knowledge of infection control and regulatory standards preferred
• Leadership style rooted in accountability, collaboration, and professionalism
