Talent Manager, Employee Relations, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to assist in HR functions, including employee relations and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support our team in a fast-paced environment.

- Facilitate onboarding for new employees
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Address employee inquiries
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist HR Manager with benefit management and administration
- Collaborate with HR Manager as the business grows and contribute directly to designing and implementing new systems and processes to increase efficiency and support growth
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience required
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Annual compensation of $50,000 to $60,000 paid at an hourly rate
