** Claims Recovery Specialist, Farm Family

** The role demands a deep reservoir of knowledge, sharp investigative and negotiation skills, and a strong commitment to ensuring compliance with state legal and regulatory requirements.
** How You Will Create an Impact**
* ** Oversee litigated files**, collaborate with outside counsel, and leverage advanced legal knowledge to maximize recovery and manage exposures.
* ** Support leadership
** by performing quality audits and process improvements across subrogation lines.
* ** Develop and present materials
** to enhance team communication and performance.
* ** Serve as the primary liaison
** with vendors, ensuring compliance and strong relationships.
* ** Audit vendor activities**, including all stages of subrogation claims, arbitration, and filings.
* ** Generate and analyze reports
** to identify and implement operational efficiency opportunities.
** What You’ll Need to Succeed**
* ** In-depth knowledge of US claims subrogation and litigation**, which typically comes with your
*** 8+ years of claims experience**
* * and
** 6+ years of litigation experience**.*
* ** Significant
* * experience partnering with outside counsel before, during, and after court proceedings.
* ** Proficient
* * with subrogation processes and procedures.
