Position: Full-Time Lead Sales Associate
About the RoleHOTWORX is looking for a driven, high-energy leader to help grow studio performance, lead the team, and deliver an exceptional member experience. This is a sales + leadership role where you’ll set the tone, hit goals, and support daily operations.
What You’ll Do- Drive membership sales, retail, and revenue goals
- Lead by example and help coach/train team members
- Deliver top-tier customer service and studio tours
- Follow up with leads and build strong member relationships
- Support daily operations (cleanliness, systems, scheduling)
- Assist with social media and community outreach
Mon–Thurs: 11AM–8PM;
Friday: 9AM–6PM;
Saturday: 9AM–2PM
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Goal-driven, organized, and self-motivated
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Social media savvy
- Flexible schedule (evenings + weekends)
