Position:
Full‑time
Responsible for receiving, pulling, packing, and shipping products and marketing materials; accepting returns and refurbishing products.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Read and pull customer orders and shipping orders.
- Move material and product from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
- Fill sales orders or purchase orders for materials, products, or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or designated area.
- Ensure the warehouse is an accessible and safe workplace.
- Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.
- Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
- Weigh, audit, and count items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.
- Prepare parcels for mailing and enter them into the tracking system.
- Refurbish the product in fine detail for resale.
- Maintain the work area in a neat, clean, and organized condition.
- Understand and follow all company and manufacturer’s policies and procedures; assure compliance with all attendance, safety rules, and regulations; maintain confidentiality of proprietary and HIPAA protected information.
- Willingly assist others as necessary to keep work current, meet deadlines, or maintain an even workload; cooperate with coworkers and demonstrate a good attitude.
- Provide proper training, work direction, and technical guidance to less experienced coworkers; attend in‑house or sponsored training meetings when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to complete detailed tasks to accurate completion.
- Ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, instructions, and manuals.
- Basic understanding and use of a computer.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
