The organization is in search of a Finance & Accounting Manager with a CPA designation preferred. You will oversee daily accounting operations, including payroll, receivables, and payables, alongside supporting overall financial workflows. Proficiency in Quick Books and hands-on experience with month-end close processes are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable

• Manage monthly close processes and reconciliations

• Maintain and enhance internal controls and procedures

• Support audit activities with external accountants

• Leverage accounting systems to optimize workflows

Requirements:

• CPA designation preferred; accounting diploma required

• 5–7 years of finance and accounting experience

• Strong experience with payroll, A/R, and month-end close

• Proficiency in Quick Books;
Bullhorn CRM knowledge is a plus

• Experience in the staffing industry is advantageous
