Accounts Payable Associate II

This is an onsite position, not Hybrid or Remote.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Accounts Payable Associate II to join our finance team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and timely processing of invoices.

The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of accounting principles, experience with various software and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Invoice processing (Data Entry)
• Contribute to automation of tasks and documentation of processes
• Ensure that invoices are processed in accordance with established processes and procedures.
• Respond to Vendor and staff inquiries
• Request W-9’s, email addresses and assist in e-payment setup
• Assist with Month End processes
• Assist with mid-month reporting and reconciliations
• Statement processing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 3 years Accounts Payable experience
• High-Volume Data Entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (V-lookup and Pivot Tables)

• Experience with Sage Intacct
