Default Operations Support Specialist

Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn, Ohio – Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days WFH)

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm ET

Responsibilities
  • Provide internal support to Default Management Ops teams.
  • Enter data into multiple systems.
  • Review documentation and send time‑sensitive correspondence.
  • Complete moderate operational and administrative work with limited instruction.
  • File, record, process, service, and organize documentation associated with a product or process.
  • Ensure proper documentation or procedures are used for each task.
  • Identify and resolve issues by following established guidelines.
  • Refer more complex problems to a senior team member while contributing to workflow or process improvement.
  • Accountable for regular reporting and analysis requests.
  • Recommend and implement processes to solve routine issues.
  • Operate fully proficiently while working under moderate to limited supervision.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;
    College degree preferred.
  • Digital literacy in MS Office
    365 – inclusive of intermediate‑advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high‑volume processing, administrative, or operations role.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications.
  • Excellent time‑management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to handle high transaction volumes accurately.
  • Analytical, research, and problem‑resolution skills.
  • Quick learner who is not afraid to ask questions.
  • Ability to work from home 3 days per week in a quiet, private office setting with minimal distractions.
Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate: $18.75–$25.00 per hour. Eligible for incentive compensation, which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives. The position also qualifies for a range of benefits.
