Most tasks involve updating package details, reviewing transportation records, and checking delivery information for inconsistencies. During high‑volume shipping periods, the team assists with backlog processing and document verification tied to warehouse and transportation activities.

Responsibilities
  • Enter and update shipment information within company databases and tracking systems
  • Review delivery records and transportation documents for accuracy
  • Organize digital files and maintain proper record storage procedures
  • Process shipment tracking updates and address corrections carefully
  • Assist with spreadsheet reporting and administrative record maintenance
  • Identify duplicate entries, missing data, or formatting inconsistencies
  • Coordinate with supervisors regarding incomplete or delayed documentation
  • Follow company confidentiality and data protection standards
  • Complete assigned part‑time workloads within scheduled deadlines
Requirements & Skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency required
