Position: First-Line Supervisor of Housekeeping and Janitorial Workers (Executive / Business Owner)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40–$60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

• Design occupation‑specific questions based on real‑world supervisory experience in housekeeping and janitorial operations.
• Apply domain expertise from administrative support, waste management, or remediation services to inform AI research.
• Translate operational workflows, management practices, and decision‑making scenarios into structured tasks.
• Ensure created content reflects practical, real‑world supervisory challenges.
• Work independently and asynchronously while meeting project timelines and deliverable requirements.

• Strong experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Housekeeping and Janitorial Workers.
• Professional background in administrative and support services or waste management and remediation sectors.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate job‑specific workflows.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project‑based environment.
