In this role at J.S. Held, a global consulting leader, you'll be instrumental in managing proposals and project documents. The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of experience in document control and exhibits a thorough understanding of project management documentation. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure high-quality deliverables while supporting diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and editing compliant proposals for submissions
• Maintain and organize key project documentation
• Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity and accuracy
• Update marketing and project materials as necessary
• Coordinate documentation and scheduling across teams
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in document support or proposal writing
• Experience with Vancouver's construction market preferred
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word
