Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain claims files accurately

• Update bordereaux and keep spreadsheets current

• Handle claim loss funds and reconcile financial records

• Organize compliant electronic and physical files

• Assist with claims reporting and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Interest in pursuing CAIB or CIP insurance designations
