Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate data from CRM platforms for reports
• Maintain accuracy in trust files and administration
• Lead the onboarding processes for new clients
• Identify best practices for data efficiency
• Respond to issues and ensure service standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
• 3-5 years in Trust and Estate administration
• Enrollment in the STEP Certificate program
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
