In this role, you will be essential to Borealis’ day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will involve administrative support, compliance monitoring, and fleet coordination. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be adaptable to a fast-growing environment to meet the needs of various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for Operations, Safety, and Compliance
• Maintain accurate records for maintenance and compliance
• Oversee driver compliance and risk mitigation
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and manage vendor relations
• Prepare reports and data analysis for leadership
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in administration or compliance roles
• High school diploma required, preferred post-secondary education
• Familiarity with ERP/cloud-based systems
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Energy industry experience is a plus
