Location: Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville
Executive Assistant, President’s Office Let’s Talk Science seeks a highly organized, deadline‑driven professional to provide high‑level administrative, governance, and strategic support to the President in advancing the mission and priorities of Let’s Talk Science. The role partners with the President to enable effective decision‑making, support the Board of Directors and its committees, and strengthen alignment between governance and organizational strategy.
It also contributes to governance excellence and serves as an extension of the President’s Office.
Key Responsibilities Manage agendas, materials, and action items for the Board of Directors and its committees.
Provide executive support to the President, anticipating needs and advancing priorities.
Ensure smooth functioning of Board governance processes and alignment with organizational strategy.
Coordinate cross‑organizational initiatives and represent the Office of the President in internal and external interactions.
Prepare and edit material for meetings and communications across various formats and audiences.
Requirements / Qualifications Post‑secondary education in administration, business, public administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive‑level administrative and governance support roles, including supporting boards of directors and governance processes.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with board portals or document management systems (e.g., SharePoint) preferred.
Experience with Raiser’s Edge or customer relationship management (CRM) systems an asset.
Fluency in both English and French an asset.
Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to influence and build productive relationships.
Knowledge of governance best practices and board dynamics.
Exceptional organizational and project‑management skills; able to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to work outside regular hours on occasion.

Compensation Expected hiring range: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00. Placement within the range will be based on market conditions, internal equity and candidate experience, skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
