Looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We’re currently recruiting for a Manager, Operations Excellence (12 to 18 month temporary contract) to join our amazing team of talented employees. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Richmond, British Columbia, and Mississauga, Ontario, so we’re ideally looking for a candidate in one of those regions.

What you do:
As a key member of the Operations Excellence Team, you will play an important role in supporting restaurant operations and execution by developing, coordinating, and delivering focused training content, communications, and system initiatives across the brand. In this role, you will be expected to:
Support the creation, editing, formatting, and maintenance of training resources, presentations, communications, graphics, reports, and spreadsheets using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-supported technology
Enhance and streamline learning materials based on restaurant feedback and operational insights to keep content engaging, practical, learner-focused, and easy to use
Work cross-functionally to support key initiatives, system rollouts, communication, coordination, and follow-up activities
Support and at times facilitate virtual and in-person events, training sessions, presentations, and team meetings
Coordinate meetings and project activities, including scheduling, logistics, agendas, note-taking, and follow-up actions
Manage multiple inboxes and platform communications, acting as a key point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely responses, and escalating issues as needed
Support additional projects and tasks as required to meet team and business needs
Who you are:
You have 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, training, or related role
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You are organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
You are collaborative and work well with cross-functional teams while also being comfortable working independently
You have strong attention to detail and are comfortable creating, formatting, editing, and updating presentations, training resources, and communication materials
You are Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and the broader Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate to advanced level; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is considered an asset.
You are open to learning and using new tools and technology, including AI-supported solutions
You have experience supporting or facilitating training sessions, meetings, or presentations
Experience in restaurant operations is considered a strong asset for this role

The annual base salary for this role is $64,200 - $72,000.
