Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and COO.
Manage executive mailboxes and complex calendars with precision.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for executives.
Prepare and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and credit cards.
Plan and coordinate various events, including board meetings, facility tours, and PPE readiness initiatives.
Adapt to and manage ad hoc tasks efficiently while maintaining process focus.
Collaborate closely with other administrative professionals.
Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience, specifically supporting high-level executives.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
A professional, yet warm personality with strong communication skills, who is process-focused yet highly adaptable to unforeseen tasks and priorities.
