Key Responsibilities   Provide administrative support for commercial portfolio processes
Ensure accuracy of regulatory and stakeholder reporting
Facilitate communication with landlords and utility companies
Coordinate weekly operational processes efficiently
Manage purchase orders, quotes, and invoices
Requirements   Minimum 1 year in administration and project coordination
Experience in the renewable energy field is an asset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail‑oriented with multitasking abilities
College diploma or higher in relevant education
Excel in organizing and supporting Potentia’s Business Management team in the agile renewable energy landscape.
