Group Savings Administrator

Position: Group Savings Administrator Hybrid Role
Join a dynamic team as a Group Savings and Retirement Administrator in Quebec City. This hybrid role emphasizes transaction processing and compliance for various group savings accounts.

This one-year temporary contract position requires you to manage the lifecycle of group savings accounts such as RRSP, TFSA, and more. You will communicate with clients and colleagues alike, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tasks while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills are essential to meet financial deadlines and provide exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process client transactions from opening to closure

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

• Maintain productivity and accuracy in all tasks

• Review non-financial transactions by colleagues

• Prepare reports and tax slips as needed

Requirements:

• College diploma in financial services or administration

• Minimum one year experience in a related role

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic English communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
